Part-time basis (20 - 30 HPW) possible.You can look forward to Drafting international employment and secondment contracts, including for our top management abroad Examining and safeguarding local legal requirements of the insurance authorities/regulators for our compensation schemes Formulation of policies (e.g. on the topic of global compensation) Supporting the Group companies with cross-location HR, compliance and regulatory issues You come equipped with University degree: law degree like Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Master of Laws (LL.M) with a focus on business or employment law or any other comparable qualification Professional experience in labour law, ideally in an international context, e.g. as a Labour Law/ Employment Law Counsel, HR Business Partner or in the area of Global Mobility Experience in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines Business fluent in English and German, as well as strong communication skills An eye for detail, an international mindset, humour and curiosity Don't meet all the requirements?
