Job DescriptionYou will contribute to improved environmental safety by conducting studies according to international guidelines (such as OECD, SANTE, EPA).In close cooperation with your team, you will lead, process, and coordinate studies for the risk assessment of chemicals in the environment, food, and feed.You will create study plans and discuss them with the client.You will develop and validate new extraction and analysis methods, ensuring variety and challenge with each new study.You will work under GLP to ensure seamless documentation of all processes, allowing you to maintain an overview of your studies at all times.At the end of a project, you will create a study report in English, which upon submission to the authorities can directly influence the approval of a chemical.You will be in constant contact with internal and external clients, building and nurturing many close relationships over time.Ensuring that junior study directors obtain relevant in-study training, know-how on conducting GLP studies, reporting, and are integrated into the team.QualificationsCompleted university of applied sciences/university degree in Chemistry, Environmental Sciences or a related scientific field with a major in (Analytical) Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology is required.Knowledge of various analytical methods such as radio-HPLC, LC, MicroBeta, or radioanalysis would be advantageous.Experience in the GLP area would be advantageous.You bring very good German (minimum B1 is required) and English skills spoken and written.
