Customs Coordinator

Customs Coordinator (f/m/d) To support our Customs team we are searching for a Customs Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich or Leipzig office. WHAT YOU WILL DOMonitor incoming shipments Maintain contact with freight forwarders and courier service providers Handle import processes in compliance with foreign trade law and preferential law Prepare of customs clearance instructions Review, preparation, and audit-compliant archiving of documents Reconciliation of incoming supplier invoices after verification of customs clearance Preparation of post-clearance assessment and refund applications with the responsible customs authorities Clarification of inquiries regarding customs clearance issues or delays with suppliers and service providers Tariff classification of our goods Data maintenance in the ERP system and internal data capture systemsWHO YOU ARECompleted training, e.g. as a foreign trade clerk, freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, or a comparable qualification Initial solid experience in the customs field, preferably supported by further training Ideally good knowledge of import and preferential law Fluent German, both written and spoken; English is an advantage Sound knowledge of MS Office Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage Conscientious handling of customer data, a high sense of responsibility, and reliabilityWHAT WE OFFERUp to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days Mobile office 10 days/year of mobile office abroad in EU-countries (job and position permitting) Language & e-learning courses Staff discount of up to 30% Company pension scheme Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gyms Discounted travel card Access to LinkedIn Learning Individual support on mental health & well-being (e.g. compatibility work and family life) Social Day Employee Share Purchase PlanWHO WE AREMytheresa is one of the leading global digital luxury shopping platforms.
