(Senior) SEO Manager

JOIN OUR TEAMAs (Senior) SEO Manager, you will take ownership of our organic growth strategy across international markets. With a strong focus on both technical and content-driven SEO, you will work cross-functionally to boost visibility, traffic and long-term performance across key search channels. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on data, experimentation and collaboration, and is ready to shape the future of SEO at Westwing. The position is limited to two years and based in Munich.WHAT YOU'LL DOlead and execute on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to drive sustainable organic growth across international marketsmanage and optimise technical SEO aspects, including indexing, crawlability, internal linking and site architecturemonitor SEO performance across channels, identify growth opportunities and turn insights into actionable strategiescollaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as content, product, tech and marketing to embed SEO into wider business objectivesstay ahead of SEO and ecommerce search trends, algorithm updates and best practices to maintain competitive positioningYOU COME WITH3+ years of proven experience in SEO, ideally within an ecommerce environment, with expertise across technical, on-page and off-page optimisationhands-on experience with key SEO and analytics tools, including Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Sistrix and Google Analytics or GA4strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a creative mindset and a track record of taking SEO projects from strategy to executionexcellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functionsfluency in English; Dutch and/or German is a plusWHY WESTWINGAside from our awesome team and shared purpose, we offer a variety of additional benefits.
