Webring deep industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients' needs, ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions and Agile methodologies. Allianz Consulting's structure focuses on competencies and delivery. Therefore, we are set up in individual Core Service Clusters and Growth Areas:LifeP/CSalesProductivityResilienceSustainabilityCentral Functions Key responsibilities / You will get to: External benchmarking, identification of improvement opportunities across the insurance value chain, identification of top down impact and steeringWork with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reacheManage communications and project timelinesContribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement ManagerHelp increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of developmentContribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events Key requirements / What we hope you bring:University degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in management consultingDemonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformationProject management/change management/business transformation/initiative development and rollout skillsExperience in strategy and transformation programsInsurance knowledge, acquired in a consulting environment is a nice to haveWorking and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levelsStrong analytical thinking and problem solving skillsExtensive experience in PowerPoint and ExcelFluency in written and spoken English We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team. #LI-AC1 #AllianzServices Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
