In this exciting working environment, we offer you an interesting career option as:Quality Assurance Specialist - QMS & Continuous Improvement (f,m,d)Join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our quality systems across two manufacturing sites in Germany. Your expertise will ensure compliance with both quality and legal requirements, as well as uphold our internal quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Identify Improvements: Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments to find optimization opportunities and implement effective solutionsDevelop Procedures: Create and update procedures and work instructions to ensure operational excellenceEnsure Compliance: Enforce good manufacturing practices and quality policies, maintaining high product standardsLocal Policy Implementation: Apply global corporate policies at the local levelSupport Validation: Assist in qualification and validation activitiesResolve Issues: Support in investigating and resolving quality-related issues, including deviations and customer complaintsImplement Quality Systems:  Implement policies and programs to meet quality standardsParticipate in Audits: Engage in audits and inspections, implementing corrective actions as neededConduct Internal Audits: Lead or participate to internal audits to minimize quality risksFacilitate Training: Provide training on product quality standards and internal requirementsReview Production Documentation: Ensure compliance in production documentation, covering manufacturing processes and quality inspectionsTrack Improvements: Follow up on deviations, complaints, and corrective actions for continuous improvementMonitor Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality assurance programs like GMP, HACCP, and moreJob Requirements:Bachelor/master’s degree in natural science (e. g. pharmacy, chemistry) or engineeringAt least 3-5 years of professional experience in quality assurance or a related discipline in the food, or pharmaceutical industryGMP Expertise: Deep knowledge of good manufacturing practices, including EXCiPACT GMP/IPEC-PQG GMP, FSSC 22000, and 21 CFR 111Industry Experience: Familiarity with quality control processes in the food or pharmaceutical industries, encompassing analytical and/or microbiological analysesSAP Skills: Experience with SAP is a plusLanguage Proficiency: Fluency in both German and EnglishAbility to work independently, prioritize, demonstrate initiative, and precisionExceptional teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across functional and disciplinary boundariesThis is a full time position and will be located in Stade (greater Hamburg area).Join us in driving quality excellence at our Stade/Bomlitz facilities, where your expertise will contribute to the success and reliability of our products and processes.If you identify yourself in this position, please apply by uploading your resume and let's start the journey togetherRoquette is proud to be a global company where you can find personal and professional growth through multiple diverse experiences.
