As a working student, you will  contribute to communication strategies that promoting awareness of compliance processes supporting our cloud product portfolio. Your work will help ensure that stakeholders understand key requirements and that our governance activities remain transparent and effective. Together with the team, you will support tracking progress on strategic compliance initiatives and contribute to awareness campaigns that explain compliance processes and new initatives in an accessible way. You will also contribute to creating training and onboarding materials, helping both stakeholders and new employees understand compliance and cloud processes –  leveraging AI and other advanced tools to streamline communication and training, providing a forward-thinking environment. In addition, You will  conduct research on emerging trends and best practices to inform communication and enablement efforts.  We are looking for a curious, reliable and proactive student who communicates clearly and enjoys structured project work. In return, you will build market relevant skills in cloud compliance and building skills in stakeholder engagement, strategic enablement,  process excellence and  transparency, and responsible AI - delivering tangible outcomes in a supportive, high trust team.   What you bring  Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciencesPreferred fields of study:  Computer science, economics, engineering or a related discipline.Computer skills / Programming languages: MS 365, Project Management toolsLanguage skills: fluent in English or other language; written or/and verbal, basic German in written and verbalOther important skills/experience: o    Strong analytical and communication skillso    Agility, openness and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environmento    First experience in project managemento    Passion for compliance and certificationsWorking from Garching office is required Where you belongThe Governance, Compliance & Certification Office is responsible for the governance of obligations of all customer-facing cloud development and operations of our consumers.We offer the possibility to be a key player within our highly motivated Office by translating compliance and legal language into tangible good practices, while supporting and consulting stakeholders along the cloud value chain. Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
