Position SummaryAs a working student for Data Science / Data Analytics, you will work closely with our Quality team in System LSI division to ensure optimal collection, visualization and quality of data by utilizing your Python as well as Java knowledge.System LSI is a division within Samsung Semiconductors Europe dedicated to enhancing cars with cutting-edge infotainment systems and sensors to ensure safe driving. You will support the Quality team that plays a pivotal role in supporting the R&D and industrial engineering teams by defining quality improvement priorities through rigorous monitoring and analysis of customer complaint data by making objective judgments and driving continuous improvement.Role and ResponsibilitiesSupporting the improvement of our existing generation data tools and processes and develop a platform for optimal data collection from diverse data sourcesImplementing prediction models in Python based on test data and applied screening methods, as well as enhance them using machine learning techniquesDesigning reports involving writing DAX expressions for data visualizationPresenting insightful findings and enhance data-driven decision-making processesSkills and QualificationsYou have successfully completed at least 3 years of study and currently enrolled in full-time studies of Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or similarFirst working experiences (internship or similar) in Data Analytics / Programming or Data Visualization would be a huge plusYou have great programming skills with practical experience in Python and Java for Data AnalyticsExperience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization toolYou bring great MS Office skills (strong Excel skills with Power Query and Data Modeling)You bring strong communication skills and are fluent in EnglishYou are passionate and curious about dataWhat We OfferSamsung is a global leader in technology, opening new possibilities for people everywhere.
