Localization Project Coordinator

LEVEL UP AND START A NEW ADVENTUREWe are currently looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team of gaming localization experts at Altagram. As a Project Coordinator you will be in charge of managing and coordinating the multilingual translation of video game titles from leading game publishers while adhering to production schedules and budgets. You should be highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator, able to keep complex projects moving smoothly across multiple teams and production timelines.   YOUR ROLECoordinating multilingual localization projects using in-house and external resources.Creating and updating guides, databases, and terminology lists.File analysis and preparation.Supervising internal and external teams to ensure smooth collaboration and timely deliveries across all project phases. Controlling quality as well as compliance with guidelines and reference material.Managing freelance translators and vendors, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality expectations.Your profileOutstanding skills in your native language.Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.Minimum 3 years of experience in localization coordination.Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.Familiarity with CAT tools (preferably memoQ) and Microsoft Office suite.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative.Preferred.Degree in languages, translation, or related field.Experience with project tracking tools like JIRA.Passion for video games and the gaming industry.Why us?The heart of our success lies in our powerful, diverse team, strengthened by their care and understanding for each other.
