For permanent employment OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for aSystems Engineer Architect (m/f/d) Mechanical, Thermal & Propulsion Your Tasks Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of experts (Mechanical design, structure analysis, Thermal, propulsion) in the development, realization and verification of a satellite projectEnsure schedule, cost and performance is maintained throughout the project using project management tools and technique, including resource management, change management and cost managementPerform requirement flow-down to the subsystem specifications and write subsystem specificationManage the interfaces between the different subsystem, both within the MTP team but also towards the project team as well as towards the customerSupport system level reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, QAR…) including preparation of the corresponding documentsSupport equipment reviews for all parts of the projectSupport the main campaigns of the project (EVT, Launch, LEOP) Your QualificationsDegree in Engineering or equivalentExperience in satellite design and/or relevant subsystem beneficialSelf-managed, pro-active, solution orientedAbility to take decision, solution oriented, pragmaticAbility to team leadership as well as work in a teamWorking level proficiency in written and spoken English, other language skills advantageous We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, sabbatical, 30 days vacation & special leave days Mobile Work: Hybrid work & mobile work abroad Structured on-boarding process (incl.
