Starte jetzt in die Zukunft – bewirb dich und werde Teil der HÖRMANNschaft   #YOURMISSION Software Development: Entwicklung qualitativ hochwertiger, wartbarer und skalierbarer Anwendungen mit Schwerpunkt React, TypeScript und Python Frontend & Backend: Umsetzung moderner UIs (React, TypeScript, Next.js) und Entwicklung performanter Backends (Python, ggf. Node.js) Code Ownership: Sauberes Coding, Debugging, Antizipation von Problemen und Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards Coaching & Teamplay: Unterstützung deiner Kolleg:innen durch Pair Programming, Code Reviews und Mentoring Cloud & Deployment: Arbeit mit AWS, Docker und CI/CD-Pipelines (Bitbucket) sowie Einsatz von Tools wie AWS Sagemaker und Monitron Agile Collaboration: Arbeiten im SCRUM-Team mit internationalem Setup und enger Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern Intrapreneurship: Einbringen eigener Ideen, Mitgestaltung neuer Projekte und Offenheit für moderne Tools & AI-Technologien   #YOURPROFILE Fachliche Grundlage: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit React, TypeScript und Python Full-Stack-Kompetenz: Freude am Frontend-Development, solides Backend-Verständnis Cloud-Skills: Erfahrung mit AWS, CI/CD und Containerisierung (Docker) Agiles Mindset: Kenntnisse in SCRUM, Pair Programming und Code Reviews Kommunikation: Klare Ausdrucksweise, sicheres Auftreten im Team und bei internen Stakeholdern Sprachen: Sehr gutes Englisch (C1+), Deutsch von Vorteil (mind.
