Ihre Aufgaben Als Proposal Management Lead (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die inhaltliche und organisatorische Gesamtverantwortung für den Angebotsprozess. In dieser Schlüsselrolle steuern und entwickeln Sie das Proposal-Management-Team, stellen die Qualität und Konsistenz aller Angebote sicher und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Fachbereichen und Management.Sie berichten direkt an den Head of Sales und tragen wesentlich zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung und Effizienzsteigerung des Angebotsmanagements bei. Neben der direkten Leitung des Proposal-Managements koordinieren Sie auch die proposal-relevanten Aktivitäten des Front-End-Sales. Dadurch stellen Sie sicher, dass sämtliche Angebotsaktivitäten – unabhängig davon, ob sie vom Proposal-Team oder vom Front-End-Sales selbst durchgeführt werden – nach einheitlichen Standards, Prozessen und Methoden erfolgen.Konkret übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Proposal-/Bid-Management-TeamsSteuerung und Verantwortung des gesamten Angebotsprozesses von der Anfrage bis zur AbgabeEntwicklung, Pflege und Sicherstellung von Angebotsstandards, Prozessen, Templates und ToolsKoordination und Abstimmung der Angebotsaktivitäten zwischen Proposal-Team und Front-End-SalesKapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung für AngebotserstellungenQualitätssicherung Angebotsunterlagen und PräsentationenEnge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (Sales, Engineering, Fachabteilungen, Management)Mitwirkung an der Sales-seitigen Planung und Kalkulation komplexer Lackieranlagen – inklusive Kostenbewertung, Angebotskalkulation und technischer MachbarkeitsanalyseRegelmäßiges Reporting an den Head of Sales über Status, Performance und Verbesserungspotenziale im Angebotsmanagement Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare QualifikationHohe Expertise in der Sales-seitigen Planung, Kalkulation und Angebotsausarbeitung von industriellen LackieranlagenMehrjährige Erfahrung im Angebots- oder Bid-Management, idealerweise im Anlagenbau oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen B2B-UmfeldErfahrung in der Führung von Teams und im Stakeholder-ManagementAusgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative FähigkeitenHohe Detailorientierung sowie ein strukturiertes, prozessorientiertes ArbeitenSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
