Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Trainee Project & Support who is passionate, strategic, collaborative, and has strong execution and communication skills to join us in our Convention & Project Support Team. We are open for applications in our office in Monheim am Rhein.About the roleThe Trainee Project & Support (m/f/d) role Germany involves coordinating projects and providingadministrative support for the Immunology field team in Germany. It serves as the central point of contact fororganizational matters and reports directly to the Head of Convention Management & Project Support.This position is limited to 2 years and involves supporting our marketing department in Germany.Who you`ll work withYou will be closely working with the Head of Convention & Project Support and various internal and external stakeholders. You will be the central point of contact and communication interface for administrative and organizational project support for various teams.What you`ll doAdministrative support for projects and eventsMaterial management (concept development, approval, production, distribution, documentation)Obtaining quotations, creating orders and suppliers in SAP, invoice processingContract management (sponsorships, speakers, consultants, job shadowing, participants); participant management (hotel bookings)Preparation and management of tenders to external agenciesAdministrative support for Orbit events/ANFs and provision of process overviewsCoordination of approval workflows via Source Clear and implementation by partner agenciesFiling and documentation of all relevant documents; management of activities in Orbit/e-RequestCompliance with internal processes; central communication interface to the Immunology field teamOpportunity to take on administrative projectsInterested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills: Apprenticeship or completed university studies or previous professional experience in similar areas.Experience in rare diseases or neuromuscular diseases is preferred.Experience in Medical Affairs (5+ years in global, regional or local roles) with proven experience in developing and implementing medical strategies for a product portfolio.Strong service orientation and proactivity, combined with excellent organizational and communication skillsHigh level of teamwork, cooperation, and empathy, as well as resilience and flexibilityExcellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Very good German and good English skills, both written and spokenAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
