Secure your dream job with one of our prestigious client companies or join our internal team - and take the next step in your career with us You engage markets by presenting deployment packages, securing alignment, and serving as the key link between global and local teams You shape and manage end-to-end deployment plans, ensuring resources are aligned and markets are fully prepared for rollout You drive implementation activities, from testing and local validations (UVTs) to risk mitigation and go-live execution You guide markets through post-launch hypercare, support smooth stabilization, and gather feedback to fuel continuous improvement You monitor progress against the roadmap and success criteria, keeping the Deployment Manager informed with clear, timely updates Strong project management and organizational skills Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive market alignment Excellent business communication and presentation capabilities Experience in customer service operations or deployment of digital/technical solutions Ability to manage cross-functional teams across business, IT, content, and operations Basic understanding of digital tools (AI bots, knowledge bases, support websites) Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment Fluency in English Then we look forward to receiving your convincing application including salary requirements and earliest starting date via our online portal.
