In this role, you will coordinate the selection, qualification, and procurement of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical (EEE) components for use in space applications. Your Tasks Coordinate the selection, qualification, and procurement of EEE components for space missionsSupport the selection of components ensuring compliance with quality requirements and manufacturability for in-house designsInitiate and support the procurement of EEE parts and manage associated qualification programsPrepare, review, and release EEE documentation, such as:Declared Component Lists (DCLs)Part Approval Documents (PADs)Procurement specificationsQualification status reportsManage the EEE part quality assurance and participate Parts Control Board meetings with customers and subcontractorsHandle and resolve non-conformities related to EEE parts, and provide technical support for Non-Conformance Review Board (NRB) decisionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with component suppliers and manufacturersMonitor EEE alerts and ensure proper documentation in the internal parts database Your QualificationsUniversity degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable disciplineBackground in Quality and Product AssuranceStrong technical understanding of EEE part technologies and associated failure mechanismsFamiliarity with EEE-related standards and specifications (, ESA/ESCC, ECSS, MIL standards)Fluency in English, both written and spokenNice to haveExperience in technical and quality management of EEE components for space applicationsKnowledge of test methods used in component qualification and screeningFamiliarity with the space-grade electronic components marketExperience in electronic circuit design and assembly processes We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, sabbatical, 30 days vacation & special leave days Mobile Work: Hybrid work & mobile work abroad Structured on-boarding process (incl.
