AufgabenYou will be part of the IT department supporting applications used by Information Security Risk Control and IT Operations teams.Your role is to be part of both ongoing projects and run activities. The current roadmap aims at:Introducing new modules of the GRC-platform as well as supporting further improvementsSupporting several other IT-initiatives of Information Security Risk Controlling and Cybersecurity-OperationsYou will be a Business Analyst, managing the delivery, quality of service and supporting enhancements of the respective IT landscape by performing the requirements analysis, writing specifications and parametrizing the GRC-application to meet business requirements.Exciting tasks await you:Facing the business contacts / end-users in Frankfurt and Paris: Qualify, challenge and frame the needs directly with the operational business lines or their representativeDesign the features (UI / logic / data), and model functionally the system (sequence, dependencies…)Rationalization of business case, formalization of rational and preparation of synthesis for decision-making by top managementManage the governance committees (English), facilitate workshopsManage Incident process: qualification, functional analysis, coordination, resolution planManage change requests in accordance with the service budget and frameworkDesign Workbreakdown structure, planning and budget management Facing the developer teams in Tunisia and Frankfurt: Run Scrum CeremoniesIdentification of architecture impacts, definition of target functional and technical architectureCreate software architecture diagrams in “architecture as code”Write detailed functional specifications (User Stories)Provide functional support to developersAcceptance test and validation of functionalitiesDocumentation of the functionalities Facing Head of IT for ISM & IT Operations in Frankfurt: Project and progress reportingReporting of alerts, risks and proposed solutionsAnforderungsprofilAnforderungenThat’s what inspires us about you: Completed studies in an engineering school or Master's degree in IT5 years of experience working in a similar roleKnowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Risk Management processesSufficient IT-knowledge (IT-architecture, SQL, XML, Network, Container, Microservices…)Knowledge of data modelling and PowerBI (DAX)Excellent written communication, synthesis as well as interpersonal skillsCommunication skills, commitment, critical thinkingOrganizational skills, ability to work independently, sense of responsibilityFluent in English (mandatory), French or German is expectedAlready experienced on internal development following an Agile methodology
