Assistant Store Manager (m/f/x) for Sephora Hamburg

In September 2024, we will open a new and beautiful store at:

Hamburg-Überseequatier.

The Assistant Store Manager has the role to create memorable experiences and emotional connections with the clients that help make Sephora the most loved Beauty Community.

The Assistant Store Manager accomplishes the stores objectives by promoting and selling the products.

When working at Sephora:

You will be an ambassador for the Sephora brand, you will offer our clients an unforgettable shopping experience following the Sephora Attitude. You'll suggest Sephora products and services that meet your customers' needs to increase your store's sales. Create not just customer experiences, but true beauty moments and inspire your team anew every day You not only focus on business success, but also attach great importance to the well-being of your employees and the satisfaction of your customers As the contact person for your team, you not only embody leadership, but also inspiration and appreciation. You will shine in this role if:

You have at least 1 year of management experience You are dynamic, enthusiastic, responsive and pay close attention to the little things that make the difference.
