And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others. Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsSupport in negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and growthDevelop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectivesCommunicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports on account statusCollaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within your territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededRequired Skills and Experience:Proven work experience (7+ years) in account management or a relevant role Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-levelExperience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience delivering client-focused solutionsAbility to manage multiple projects and demands while maintaining attention to detailStrong communication skills in a complex matrix with clients, external and internal partners, as well as cross-functional teamsKnowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices, especially within IT and AutomotiveStrong verbal and written communication skillsBA/BS or MA/MS degree in IT, Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant fieldBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
