Hospitality Day Porter – Munich (60%)Location: Munich Reports to: Lead Coordinator, Offices & Facility ServicesAs part of the Workplace & Project Services (WPS) team, the Hospitality Day Porter plays a key role in maintaining a premium, polished and welcoming office environment throughout the workday. This part-time position (60%) focuses on supporting hospitality and cleanliness standards—especially on high-impact, high-visibility areas such as the 4th, 10th, and 11th floors. The role contributes directly to delivering a 5-star employee and guest experience, in alignment with Salesforce's workplace expectations.The Hospitality Day Porter will also collaborate with the Senior Day Porter, especially on overlapping events and larger setups.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHospitality FocusServe as the main hospitality contact in coordination with the Senior Day Porter.Ensure all high-traffic and executive areas are immaculate, well-stocked, and prepared for internal and external guests at all times.Maintain frequent rounds during the day to tidy meeting spaces, lounges, coffee points, and restrooms.Support executive meetings, leadership visits, and office events with setup, service, and follow-up tasks.Ensure that all hospitality stations (tea points, snacks, and beverages) are filled, clean, and meet our service standards.Kitchens and Coffee BarClean & restock coffee machines dailyMaintain cleanliness of kitchens, running dishwashers and wiping surfaces multiple times dailyRefill snacks, beverages and consumables throughout the day and proactively prepare replenishment ordersWash and cut fruits and vegetables as needed, following hygiene regulationsCoordinate small maintenance issues for kitchen appliances with the Lead CoordinatorMeeting Rooms & Function SpacesCheck and refresh meeting rooms twice daily with beverages, snacks, and standard amenitiesAssist with meeting/event room setups and catering in collaboration with the M&E teamMonitor and report AV or furniture issuesBathroomsMaintain cleanliness of restrooms with twice-daily checks, replenishing supplies and removing waste as neededGeneral Office SupportEnsure a tidy and presentable office environment in all visible areas throughout the dayImplement the clean desk policy each morningClear whiteboards (unless requested not to)Report AV issues to IT Supervise third-party service providers during on-site operationsRespond quickly to urgent cleaning situations (e.g., spills, broken glass)Assist with any other reasonable task as requested by the Lead CoordinatorPROFILE & QUALIFICATIONSPrevious hospitality experience required, ideally in hotel, conference, or corporate environmentsFriendly, professional demeanor with a service-first mindsetStrong interpersonal and communication skills in both German and EnglishSelf-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environmentComfortable working independently and in a team settingPhysically able to perform cleaning/setup tasks and stand/walk for prolonged periodsKnowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations preferredOur offerCreative freedom for tasks and projectsActive exchange in the global industry networkWorking together at eye levelSpace for personal growth, not only for workAcknowledgement of achievements - also monetary benefitsThe opportunity to enhance your skills and advance your career locally as well as regionallyHelp shape JLLWe look forward to receiving your application, stating your earliest possible starting date and your salary expectations.Please understand that paper applications cannot be accepted and, due to reasons of data protection, will be destroyed.Jones Lang LaSalle SEYour contact:Marta Marunchak#LI-MM4Location: On-site –Munich, DEUIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
