Equipment Engineer

Bauer Since we are currently expanding our organisation to further support our growth in this market, we are looking for an Equipment Engineer (m/f/x). Your tasks:Design, optimize and enhance cutting-edge drilling and grouting equipment for offshore foundation works – with a strong focus on safety, performance, and operational excellence.Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to define product specifications and deliver complex offshore projects successfully.Lead the installation and commissioning of equipment on vessels and platforms, ensuring strict compliance with QHSE standards.Develop and implement maintenance strategies and provide rapid troubleshooting to minimize downtime.Analyze and interpret operational data to boost efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Work hand in hand with internal teams and external partners while providing technical support during offshore operations. Your profile:State-certified technician or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical fieldAt least 3 years of proven professional experience in equipment engineering, maintenance, or related roles, preferably in the offshore (wind) sector Proficient in CAD software and other engineering toolsStrong knowledge of machinery, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systemsVery good written and spoken English skillsTeam player with a high degree of independence, a sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to undertake business trips and construction site assignments, some of which may last several weeks We offer you: Attractive remuneration package International team with colleagues on different continents Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths 30 vacation days and a company bridging day regulation Pleasant working atmosphere with team spirit
