Intern, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Intern (all genders) to help drive our growth and find the best candidates for our company. In this position you will assist our team of Talent Acquisition Partners by supporting the entire recruiting process and Employer Branding activities. This gives you the opportunity to not only get a deep dive into recruitment itself but to work on interesting and diverse projects in an international team.  Support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying potential candidates in the field of Software Development/IT through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal and external events etc.) Help schedule and organize interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage calendars for hiring managers Serve as the point of contact for applicants, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Play a key role in the recruitment process for students in the EMEA region Assist in Employer Branding projects by building relationships with universities, coordinating recruitment events, and managing presence at career fairs Requirements Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related) The internship has to be a mandatory part of your studies and last at least 4 months, ideally 6 months (if applicable) Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proactive and willing to learn with a strong interest in recruitment and employer branding within the field of Software Development Basic understanding of or interest in IT technologies or how a software solution is built Be curious aboutsocial media and networks Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)  Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus What we offer Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany Make an impact Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects. Your passion and skills will be used in international projects and support the operations of our business  Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
