Then we look forward to receiving your application.Your tasksIn this role you are responsible for our contract management and conducting risk assessments for our complex offshore projects. You will work closely with our technical and commercial teams, advise and support project management and specialist departments on contractual matters and ensure compliance with our internal compliance guidelines.Start your journey with us now and make a decisive contribution to our shared success through your expertise in these core responsibilities:You draft, negotiate, and review our contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners, develop strategies for contract optimization, and implement them.You serve as the central interface between project management, internal departments, the legal team, and external stakeholders, and support the preparation of proposals, particularly in terms of legal and commercial evaluation.Through your proactive monitoring of all contract terms and structured deadline management, you keep track of all relevant details throughout the entire contract lifecycle and coordinate amendments and necessary changes.You are also responsible for handling and pursuing claims against our customers or subcontractors and for developing appropriate solutions.Additionally, you conduct regular contract analyses, prepare reports for senior management, and continuously update and improve internal standards and templates for our contracts.Your profileQualifications: You have a completed degree e.g., in Business Law, Business Administration, or a comparable professionYour Experience: You already have several years of experience in contract management, ideally in the offshore wind energy or maritime industry.Your Expertise: Your solid knowledge of contract law and strong understanding of technical contexts make you particularly successful.Your Personality: You have a structured, solution-oriented approach and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
