YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide system solutions that span the globe, enabling the production and broadcast of media content at a high-quality level, leading to business growth, profitability and customer successFactory configuration and troubleshooting of Lawo systems (Audio, Video and Network) fulfilling customer workflow and system standardsMaintain and support inventory for the Factory Project Commissioning areaCustomer project commissioning and troubleshooting, onsite or remote when required for Audio/Video systemsWork closely with other Lawo teams, inside and outside of the professional services groupDocumentation (Lawo internal, and for the customer if needed)

YOUR PROFILE

Education in broadcast, audio/video or a related fieldSolid Network/IT knowledge including multicast/unicast network services and broadcast standards such as SMPTE 2110, NDI etc.Linux server expertise as well as knowledge of containerized microservers and DockerExperience in broadcast environment, on-air broadcast operations, workflows and IP-SystemsDesire to deliver service excellenceStructured way of working an logical approach to problem-solvingStrong verbal and written communication skills with an engaging and professional way of interacting with colleagues and customersAbility to stay organized in a fast-paced, agile environmentEnglish and German language is a must, other languages are an asset
