Responsibilities Assist our German-speaking parties and customers with exceptional support. Collaborate with our back-office team to effectively deploy opportunities and leads to the sales team. Create and manage comprehensive offers for clients. Follow up on customer quotations and meticulously track our sales data in Excel worksheets. Be responsible for assisting our customers and being readily available to answer any inquiries about our software. Provide assistance in translating whitepapers and flyers to ensure clear communication. Respond to written inquiries through our email system promptly and professionally. Work in close cooperation with our customer care and enterprise teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Support Team Managers by reviewing and checking Excel worksheets to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Requirements Enrolled student (all genders) in the field of Business Administration, BWL, VWL, Sales operations or any other related subject Fluency in German and English is mandatory, futher languages are a plus You are looking for a working student position (20 hours/week) next to your studies A communicative, marketing-oriented attitude Enjoy interacting with people Advanced Windows® skills or the desire to learn What we offer Contract location would be Goeppingen, Germany Make an impact Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects.
