Für die Rolle (Senior) AWS Cloud Consultant Amazon Connect (m/w/d) suchen wir Verstärkung in unserem Amazon Connect & Conversational AI Team.AufgabenIdentifizierung und Analyse von Use Cases und Konzeption von komplexen Amazon Connect-Umgebungen zur Optimierung des Customer Services unserer KundenBeratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Implementierung von Amazon Connect Contact Center-LösungenDesign und Implementierung von kundenspezifischen IVR-Flows, Routing-Strategien und Agent-DesktopsIntegration von Amazon Connect mit anderen AWS-Services (z.B. Bedrock, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB) und Drittsystemen wie CRM-LösungenKonfiguration von Reporting und Analytics für Echtzeit- und historische Kontaktcenter-DatenKonzeption und Durchführung von Kundenworkshops und TrainingsVorbereitung von Testkonzepten und Roll-out PlänenEnge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Entwicklung hochwertiger KundenlösungenMehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Contact Center-Lösungen, idealerweise mit Amazon ConnectFundierte Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von IVR-Systemen, Routing-Strategien und Agenten-WorkflowsGute Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, GenAI, Conversational AIAWS-Zertifizierungen wie AWS Solutions Architect oder ähnliche sind von VorteilErfahrung mit CTI-Integrationen und API-AnbindungenVerständnis für Kundenanforderungen und die Fähigkeit, technische Lösungen zu konzipierenDU bist motiviert, mit den neuesten Technologien zu arbeiten und dich kontinuierlich weiter zu entwickelnFließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftReisebereitschaft für KundenprojekteTeam- und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter ArbeitsweiseDu hast einen Studienabschluss im MINT-Bereich (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Technik), eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
