The implementation of our mission and our guiding principles are based on two pillars: Development of competitive hybrid varieties, thus enabling the farmers to produce efficiently and sustainably on their fields. Development of trait products with a substantial added value to improve our future varieties in a very focused way. Research & Development supports the strategic goals of the different Business Units by providing a competitive product pipeline. The R&D strategy is developed within the framework of the Business Unit and company strategies. As a well-established seeding company KWS is always on the look for the innate problem-solver, analytical and out of the box thinker, and team player that are enthusiastic about research and development related work and that will reinforce our KWS R&D Family.
