Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing

This role will be instrumental in developing and executing sourcing strategies that support our manufacturing objectives while managing supplier relationships and driving cost optimization initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing, you will lead a team of 2 sourcing professionals and serve as a key partner in our operational success.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing & Procurement- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with manufacturing goals and business objectives- Lead category management for critical components including mechanical parts, electronics and serialization-specific hardware- Be a critical contributor to the S&OP process, aligning and optimizing the sales driven demand with inventory and production planning -
