International Tax Senior Specialist

To further strengthen our Tax organization, we are seeking an International Tax Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Eschborn, Germany (unlimited contract)Manage the company’s international tax activities across Europe, ensuring compliance with global tax regulations and supporting business operations in multiple jurisdictions. Serve as the primary advisor for cross-border tax issues, including treaty applications, withholding tax matters, and communications with foreign and local tax authorities. Oversee and review transfer pricing compliance and documentation for Germany and European branches, ensuring alignment with group policies and OECD standards. Drive strategic tax planning initiatives, providing guidance on new business models, cross-border transactions, and corporate structuring within Europe. Monitor and evaluate key developments in international taxation, including OECD BEPS initiatives, Pillar Two/GloBE requirements, and EU-level regulations, ensuring timely implementation and risk mitigation. Ensure adherence to major international tax reporting obligations such as CbCR, DAC6 and other disclosure requirements, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
