You ensure alignment with client goals, brand identity, and market trends.Creative Process Ownership: You oversee and optimize creative workflows, ensuring high-quality output across motion, digital, and event formats. You’ll be the driving force behind the idea, rather than involved in hands-on design execution.Pitch Leadership: You take the strategic lead in pitch processes, from initial concept to final presentation.
