Job Advertisement Fiber Solution ManagerWe are searching for a Fiber Solution Manager at our HANNOVER (DE01) facility. FiberSolution Manager EMEA / Business Development in the FTTx domain.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales ExecutionIdentify, qualify, and close business opportunities for FTTx solutions, including fiber optic cables, connectivity products, and network infrastructure.Develop tailored proposals and value-based sales pitches for telecom operators and vertical markets (Transportation, industrial, Energy, ect.) ISPs, municipalities, and alternative network providers.Promote FTTx services through presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales activities, highlighting the benefits of high-speed connectivity.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and margin objectives.Account & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.Act as a trusted advisor to customers on fiber network rollout strategies, technology choices, and cost-optimization.Market & StrategyMonitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity in the Central Europe FTTx sector.Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.Main Internal InterfacesCo-operation with product line management, technical support, R&D, supply chain, quality and customer service teamCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Regular reporting to BU Cables global product line management.Co-operation with other RFS sales regions, global key account managementSkills, knowledge and abilities Master or bachelor of RF or Electronics engineering, alternative a minimum 3-year professional training plus additional technician degree successfully completedWork experience in optical communications, networking, or related telecom industries (, FTTx, data center)Minimum 7-10 years of job experience in the FTTx DomainProven track record of winning large-scale broadband projects in Germany.Responsibility, teamwork, and quality awareness with strong customer focusLearning ability, technical understanding, communication and coordination skillsFluent German and English in writing and speakingIT: SAP, MS Office, SalesforceHigh creativity, High flexibility and competency in problem solvingWillingness to travel for customer visits or trade showsAbout RFS Radio Frequency Systems (RFS) delivers the end-to-end RF solutions and expert services needed to evolve wireless and broadcast networks today and tomorrow.
