Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Vorbereiten der Produktionssuiten (Bereitstellung von Materialien, Setup des mobilen Equipments, Herstellung des Grundzustands)Mitarbeit in Downstream- Produktionsläufen unter GMP- BedingungenBedienung von Chromatographie- und TFF- AnlagenÜberwachung von Prozessparametern (Druck, Fluss, pH, LF, Temperatur, etc.)Durchführung von diversen Filtrationsschritten (Bioburden Reduction Filtration, Tiefenfiltration, Virusfiltration)Konditionierung von Prozessintermediaten, z.B. pH- bzw.
