With a worldwide presence, we know our customers and their applications, adding value with our expertise and supporting their de-carbonization journeys.Your roleAs Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and growing our pump portfolio for biotech and pharma manufacturing applications within LEWA GmbH and the Industrial Flow Division. You will drive innovation, align market needs with technical excellence, and contribute to our strategic growth.As a Prodct Manager you willDefine and execute product-market strategies based on global market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments.Own the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, including business case development and technical specifications.Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver on roadmap priorities.Ensure strong market positioning by aligning product features with sector-specific requirements and customer expectations.Support go-to-market activities through training, campaign input, and close cooperation with Communications and Sales.Present and communicate product initiatives effectively to senior management and key stakeholders.To succeed, you will need We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
