What you can expect You are responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising customer loyalty strategies with the aim of increasing customer loyalty and maximising customer lifetime value. You create strategies by building and maintaining loyalty programmes such as bonus points, discounts, or exclusive benefits, especially via digital frontend channels like the app. You also define relevant KPIs such as customer retention or the Net Promoter Score (NPS).In programme management, you design the business requirements and coordinate them with the responsible Product Owner. You plan and execute initiatives and campaigns within the loyalty programme.When it comes to data analysis, you examine customer data, purchasing behaviour, and segment target groups. From this, you derive measures to improve customer loyalty.In coordination and collaboration, you work closely with marketing, sales, IT, product management, and the responsible Product Owner, and you manage external partners.You are responsible for reporting and optimisation by regularly evaluating programme performance and continuously implementing improvements based on customer feedback and data. What makes you stand out For this role, you have a degree in business administration, marketing, business informatics, communication sciences, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. You have several years of experience in loyalty programmes, CRM, lifecycle and digital marketing, as well as project management in B2C or B2B environments. You are familiar with campaign management, segmentation, personalisation and communication via digital channels, as well as data analysis and KPI tracking.You have experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban, design thinking and user-centred product development, as well as with UX/UI basics for optimising digital touchpoints.Your strong communication skills help you coordinate with stakeholders. You think strategically and possess conceptual strength. In addition, you can coordinate cross-functional teams, are customer-oriented and have analytical thinking skills.You speak German at a business fluent level and English fluently, especially for international projects and communication with partners.
