This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.Position title: SAP Corporate Development intern iXp Intern (f/m/d) Location: Walldorf, GermanyInternship duration: January – March 2025 SAP Corporate Development’s primary responsibilities:Execute on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactionsProvide financial analysis, valuation expertise and guidelines to support corporate strategyCoordinate comprehensive due diligence process Negotiate and execute acquisition opportunities Coordinate post-merger integration (PMI) and monitor post-acquisition activities Perform post-audits  As a Corporate Development intern (f/m/d), your role will be to assist Corporate Development team members in supporting with market and company research. In this role, you’ll: Research strategic growth areas for SAP (e.g. Cloud, Analytics, AI, Solution Areas) to identify and evaluate opportunities in these spacesProvide analyses and recommendations on opportunities and competitive strategiesAssist in researching software sectors, specific companies and strategic areas for growthMaintain knowledge base for company profiles, banking contacts, acquisitions and strategic investmentsResearch and report on M&A activity in global software marketComplete other tasks and projects requested by the Corporate Development team Who you are: You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.
