Your missionAbout Banxware:Banxware empowers online platforms with embedded lending solutions. We're building a scalable, serverless platform for instant financing to merchants.Role:Craft the User Interface That Drives Fintech Innovation. You'll be the architect of Banxware's frontend, translating complex financial solutions into seamless, engaging user experiences. Drive product success by building and maintaining a cutting-edge frontend infrastructure, ensuring a delightful and performant interface. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate user needs into pixel-perfect, scalable React applications.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.Implement and optimize frontend performance using CDN strategies and best practices.Design and build consistent, accessible UI components using MUI and Tailwind CSS.Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, including mobile-first design considerations.Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data services.Implement and maintain robust testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.Your profileQualifications:3+ years of professional frontend development experience.Expertise in React and TypeScript.Strong understanding of modern frontend development principles and best practices.Experience with UI component libraries (MUI) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS).Knowledge of CDN usage and frontend performance optimization.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Bonus:Fintech industry experience.Experience with mobile-first design and responsive layouts.Familiarity with design systems.Experience with React RouterOur offerAn attractive base salary.Participation in our virtual Share Options Program.Fresh coffee and snacks in the office.Pet-friendly office.Company & team events for a strong team feeling.Direct collaboration with our C-Level.You belong with usWe are currently a team of more than 30 employees from over 10 nations and are big fans of diversity.
