We now bridge cutting-edge AI research and the biopharma industry.About the roleWe are looking for a Commercial Programs Manager to drive key initiatives across business development, sales, and customer engagement in the life sciences software space. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with leadership, account executives (AEs) and external partners to ensure our commercial engine runs smoothly and scales effectively. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, building programs, enabling teams, and ensuring our go-to-market efforts land with impact.What You’ll DoSales Enablement & OperationsPartner with marketing and design to create and maintain sales collateral.Design and execute sales enablement initiatives to equip AEs with tools, training, and insights.Manage and measure outsourced support vendors (e.g. SDR providers, external marketing).Support account management activities and ensure smooth coordination across teams (AE, Success, KAM).Assist with pricing initiatives and sales guardrails.Identify and implement process improvements across BD and sales.Business Development SupportSupport sales and business development strategy execution.Prepare and facilitate client meetings, workshops, and internal planning sessions.Help write project proposals for large pharma customers.Brand OperationsSupport conference planning, including logistics, content, and pre-conference outreach strategy.Ensure strong meeting pipelines and effective follow-up around events.Given the early nature of our company, the role straddles a broad range of responsibilities. The energy spent on each pillar will vary over time and as our commercial team continues to scale, we expect responsibilities for evolve accordingly. You should apply if you are confident in your ability to deliver against the objectives above and excited about the possibility of shaping your career trajectory forward together with us.This position is ideal for an accomplished life sciences consultant eager to transition into the fast-paced startup landscape.What You'll Bring to the TableBachelor's degree in the life sciences or relevant professional experienceProfessional experience in life sciences consulting, MedComms, or commercial roles within pharma/biotechExposure to pricing strategy, sales enablement practices, and go-to-market planningComfortable leading sessions, workshops, and external-facing meetingsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and build trust across teamsStrong organizational and project management skills, able to juggle multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel frequentlyIn addition, the following would be an advantage:Hands-on go-to-market (GTM) experience in a startup or fast-scaling environmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
