AufgabenAufgaben Du brennst dafür, Daten in strategische Erkenntnisse zu verwandeln und Unternehmen aktiv bei ihrer Planung und Steuerung zu unterstützen? In deiner Rolle als Senior Consultant gestaltest du anspruchsvolle SAP-Planungs- und Analytics-Lösungen und begleitest Kunden ganzheitlich von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team hilfst du unseren Kund:innen, komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen in transparente Planungsmodelle, aussagekräftige Analysen und entscheidungsrelevante Dashboards zu überführen – mit messbarem Mehrwert. Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich: Leitung und Mitgestaltung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte zur Konzeption und Implementierung integrierter Planungsprozesse Eigenverantwortliche Aufnahme, Analyse und Strukturierung komplexer Business-Anforderungen sowie deren konzeptionelle Ableitung Planung von Arbeitspaketen und Umsetzung komplexer Planungs- und Analytics-Funktionen Aufbereitung, Validierung und Analyse umfangreicher Datensätze zur Erstellung analytischer Dashboards mit Fokus auf Benutzerfreundlichkeit und klaren Business-Nutzen Einsatz von SQL, Advanced Formulas, JavaScript in SAC Stories sowie prädiktiven Funktionen zur Erstellung fundierter Analysen AnforderungenAnforderungen Um für deinen Weg als Senior Consultant (f/m/d) gewappnet zu sein, hast du folgende Qualifikationen im Gepäck: Abgeschlossenes Studium und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder im Inhouse Consulting, mit Schwerpunkt auf Enterprise Planning und fundierten Kenntnissen in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning. Leidenschaft für die Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, KPIs, im Stakeholder-Management sowie für die Rolle als Trusted Advisor für Kunden. Expertise in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Lösungen in der SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, mit grundlegendem Verständnis von KPIs aus Geschäftsprozessen (Finance, Logistik, HR) und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP Datasphere und KI-Technologien (z. B. Databricks). Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch analytisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus.
