We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to drive the technical evolution of our customer service platforms. You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 Contact Center environment, integrating cutting-edge AI tools, and ensuring seamless system performance. Possible locations: Berlin, Amsterdam, Heerenveen, Verl, Baden-Baden, or Münster Your responsibilities: Design and implement scalable configurations within Dynamics 365 Contact Center, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience. Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, and integrations with backend systems. Deploy and fine-tune AI-driven tools such as Copilot, chatbots, and virtual agents to enhance customer interactions. Lead technical aspects of platform migration from legacy systems, including data mapping, transformation, and validation. Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement performance improvements. Manage security configurations, user roles, and access controls in compliance with enterprise standards. Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and support teams to deliver robust technical solutions and continuous improvements. Your profile: Proven experience in technical configuration and development within Dynamics 365. Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure services. Familiarity with AI tools in customer service environments (e.g., Copilot, chatbots). Knowledge of security, compliance, and role-based access control.
