You’ll help our rapidly growing customer base gain a competitive advantage and win competitions, while shaping the future of sports tech.If you’re passionate about motorsport and professional sports, thrive under pressure, and want to accelerate your career in a high-performance environment, this is your opportunity to enter the fast lane.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGHelp customers integrate our software into their workflow and team, unlocking competitive advantage.Provide technical software support for race events (communication with teams, timekeepers, series promoters).Research and calculate strategic race parameters (pitstop loss, expected laptime).Merge customer feedback and channel insights into development, and help shape future product features.Participate in the design and testing of new software features.Deliver actionable feedback and contribute to product evolution.Optimize processes to guarantee best-in-class customer support.Leverage AI tools to maximize workflow efficiency.Build and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Base for all PACETEQ products.WHAT YOU BRINGPassion for motorsport and solid industry knowledge.Fluent English (spoken and written).Exceptional communication skills and a true team player.Calm under pressure, strong problem-solving abilities.Comfortable with a high volume of weekend work and flexible hours.Proactive, eager to learn, able to work independently and remotely.Engineering background is a plus, not a must.WHAT WE OFFERAt PACETEQ, performance starts with people.
