Based in Berlin, the AE will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — and work hand in hand with Marketing and SDRs while also taking the lead to open new opportunities. You will be reporting to Nathan our revenue leaderThis is a role with real room for impact: the AE will shape how we grow in the DACH region, influence our go-to-market approach, and see the direct results of their work. Manage the full sales cycle in the DACH mid-market, from prospecting (when needed) to demonstrations, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing. Conduct product demonstrations and tailor pitches to prospects’ needs, highlighting ROI and business value. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline: work with SDRs and Marketing (paid campaigns, outbound outreach) while being ready to prospect directly to accelerate market penetration. Manage client relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Act as an expert on our solution and connect it to the challenges the prospect is facing. Handle high-volume sales cycles (2 weeks to 3 months) Drive consistent deal flow by negotiating and closing high-volume mid-size contracts every month. Contribute to the development and implementation of growth strategies for existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and maximizing client value. Accurately forecast and report pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM, ensuring data quality and visibility. Track sales performance, generate regular reports and monitor the progress of opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Support to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction. Must have:Experience 3-6 years of experience as a salesperson (hunting) Experience in SaaS industry and in start-up / scale-ups environments Skills:Soft skills Strong ability to build genuine connections and relationships Naturally curious, eager to understand clients, colleagues, and business context Motivated by purpose and impact, adaptable in a fast-moving environment Hard skills Fluent in German and advanced English required Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle (incl. being comfortable with high-volume, short-cycle deal management and having solid negotiation and objection-handling skills.) Strong presentation and demo skills Nice to have: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales reporting. Tech-savvy: quick to learn and use digital tools (Google Suite, LinkedIn, Slack, etc.). Vous serez rattaché à Nathan, notre responsable revenue.Ce rôle offre une réelle marge d’impact : l’AE influencera notre croissance dans la région DACH, participera à notre stratégie go-to-market et verra directement les résultats de son travail.Responsabilités : Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente sur le mid-market DACH, de la prospection (si nécessaire) aux démonstrations, gestion du pipeline, négociation et closing. Réaliser des démonstrations produits et adapter les présentations aux besoins des prospects, en mettant en avant le ROI et la valeur business. Construire et maintenir un pipeline sain : travailler avec les SDR et le Marketing (campagnes payantes, prospection outbound), tout en étant prêt à prospecter directement pour accélérer la pénétration du marché. Gérer les relations clients : construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients existants. Comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions sur mesure. Être un expert de notre solution et la relier aux défis du prospect. Gérer des cycles de vente à fort volume (de 2 semaines à 3 mois). Assurer un flux constant de contrats en négociant et en concluant des contrats mid-size à fort volume chaque mois. Contribuer au développement et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies de croissance pour les comptes existants en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités et en maximisant la valeur client. Prévoir et reporter avec précision l’activité du pipeline dans HubSpot CRM, en garantissant la qualité et la visibilité des données. Suivre la performance commerciale, générer des rapports réguliers et monitorer l’avancement des opportunités. Collaborer transversalement avec le Marketing, les SDR et le support client pour maximiser la conversion et la satisfaction client. Profil recherché :Expérience : 3 à 6 ans d’expérience en tant que commercial (hunting) Expérience dans l’industrie SaaS et dans des environnements start-up / scale-up Compétences :Soft skills : Forte capacité à créer des relations sincères et durables Curiosité naturelle, envie de comprendre les clients, collègues et le contexte business Motivé par le sens et l’impact, adaptable dans un environnement en évolution rapide Hard skills : Allemand courant et anglais avancé requis Capacité avérée à gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente (y compris la gestion de deals à fort volume et cycles courts, avec solides compétences en négociation et gestion des objections) Excellentes compétences en présentation et en démonstration Atouts : Maîtrise des outils CRM (HubSpot de préférence) et reporting commercial À l’aise avec les outils digitaux (Google Suite, LinkedIn, Slack, etc.)
