Founded in 2022, the company is a spin-off from the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems. eversyn specializes in developing cutting-edge technologies for the production of nucleotide sugars and oligosaccharides, with applications in nutrition and pharmaceuticals. The company was established by a team of former Max Planck scientists and business professionals, combining deep scientific expertise with entrepreneurial acumen. Recently, eversyn secured €1.6 million in seed funding. TasksWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to support our Chief Business Officer (CBO) in various operational and administrative tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Prepare and draft customer offers in collaboration with the CBO. Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update sales records and databases. Product Marketing: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns Support the organization and execution of exhibitions and trade shows Assist in launching new products, the creation of labelling, claims, and technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets. Analyze data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. Profile Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
