In der Rolle als Project Director (m/w/d) verantworten die komplette Planung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte, insbesondere im Industrie- und Logistikbereich. Bewerben Sie sich jetzt und lernen Sie uns kennen – wir freuen uns, Sie auf Ihrer weiteren beruflichen Reise begleiten zu dürfen Ihre Aufgaben Unterstützung bei Projektkonzeption, Kostenkalkulation und Kundenanforderungen Leitung des gesamten Projektmanagements: Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätssteuerung, Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen sowie Vertragsmanagement Koordination und Überwachung technischer Prozesse in allen Projektphasen Führung und Motivation des Projektteams Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten Gewährleistung eines sicheren, effizienten Projektablaufs unter Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Kundenanforderungen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Bauprojekte Fundierte Kenntnisse in VOB, HOAI und Projektmanagement-Tools (MS Office, MS Project, AVA-Software) Sehr gute Englisch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Baustellenaufenthalten (mind. 3 Tage pro Woche) Ihre Vergütung Attraktives Vergütungspaket: Festgehalt, 13.
