The position is located in a dynamic and collaborative research environment focusing on novel therapeutic strategies to overcome drug resistance in high-grade serous ovarian cancer. The project centers on the development and preclinical validation of next-generation lipid nanoparticle (LNP) carriers for IVT-mRNA delivery, both functionalized and non-functionalized with antibodies. These systems will be evaluated in patient-derived organoids and in vivo, using orthotopic and metastatic ovarian cancer mouse models, including PDX models, with the aim to improve targeted therapy and translational application. The position is a limited appointment for a duration of two years. Your Role: Conduct in-depth research into the role of IVT-mRNA in the restoration of tumorsuppressor genes in ovarian cancer and reversing therapy resistance.
