Zukünftige Aufgaben

Du identifizierst und vernetzt Ideen aus den Bereichen Engineering, IT, Systems Engineering, Künstliche Intelligenz, Sustainability und Quantum Computing innerhalb der TWT und berätst unsere Kunden zur Etablierung von Lösungen Du leitest Projektteams und gestaltest die Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Pünktlichkeit unserer Projekte . Dazu gestaltest du methodisch und technisch anspruchsvolle Lösungen, koordinierst die technische Arbeit von Fachexperten in unseren Kundenprojekten und stimmst Inhalte und Abnahmen mit Kunden ab In enger Abstimmung mit unserem Management definierst du den strategischen Auftritt der TWT als Wissensgesellschaft mit der Mission wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse in technologische und methodische Innovationen für unsere Kunden umzusetzen Du begeisterst dich und andere für die Akquise von höchst anspruchsvollen Technologie- und Innovationsprojekten bei den Premium Automotive OEMs Mit einem Höchstmaß an Kundenorientierung entwickelst du Projekte und vertrittst die TWT in Kundenterminen und auf Fachkonferenzen Du bist bezüglich unserer Innovationen und Ideen immer auf dem neuesten Stand und entwickelst zusammen mit einem Team aus Experten Strategien für deren nachhaltige Verwertung

Dein Profil

Überzeugend abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder Mathematik, (MINT) gerne mit Promotion oder MBA Innovationsgeist, Eigeninitiative , ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine gute Portion Humor Du kombinierst hervorragende Koordinations- und Kommunikationsskills mit einem soliden technischen Verständnis und einem gewinnenden Auftreten Freude an Interaktion und direktem Austausch , gelebte Kundenorientierung im Customer Relationship Management, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Komplexe Fragestellungen und neueste Technologien sind dein Antrieb: Dabei kannst du spielend zwischen betriebswirtschaftlicher und technischer Perspektive wechseln Wir setzen auf deine Kreativität : Identifiziere gemeinsam mit uns die Themen der Zukunft und gestalte die Lösungen von übermorgen Neugierde und Weltoffenheit sind deine Stärken: Du bist flexibel und siehst gerne noch mehr von der Welt Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
