Development is something you can do with us, too—both for yourself and together with us for the PAYBACK program.We’re excited to meet youThe position is ideally to be filled from February 2026 for at least 5-6 months.YOUR TASKYou will support the PAYBACK market research team in carrying out market research studiesYou will process and answer customer enquiries about market research studiesYou analyse data with Excel and SPSS and prepare market research results in PowerPoint You organise sub-project steps and process them independently You code open-ended information from standardised surveysYOUR PROFILEYou are studying economics, social sciences, psychology, statistics or a comparable degree programme You have a strong interest in empirical market/social research and marketing customer loyalty programs Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience with empirical research methodsYou are committed and work carefully and in a structured manner You are familiar with MS Office programmes, especially PowerPoint and Excel You are fluent in German and also have a good command of English OUR OFFERYour creative breaks: Play FIFA, indulge in Mario Kart, or smash table tennis balls We even have an all-day coffee and water flat rateStudent snacks: Tastier than the cafeteria, more choices than the shared kitchen in your apartment – that's our ESSZIMMER.
