Our system matches each game with its ideal users, delivering rewards optimized for satisfaction through data processed via AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, S3, and MySQL.For team members, this means having state-of-the-art resources to build engaging rewarded ad experiences that seamlessly integrate into the worlds top apps while delivering exceptional results for advertisers and monetizers in this industry-leading technology.What You Will Do:You will answer emails from our customers userYou will give simple and clear instructions to help users fix problemsYou will give input to continuously improve our chat-bot and FAQ to make it easier for usersYou will prepare weekly reports for your team lead showing the emails we got, how we helped, and any ways we can do betterWho You Are:You are currently enrolled in your studies and will continue studying for at least 1 more yearYou have excellent communication skills and are good at explaining things clearly, both in writing and when talking to peopleYou are good at problem-solving and can figure out solutions to users' issues quickly and efficientlyYou have basic SQL skillsYou like working with data to understand user feedback and make improvements You have a very organized way of working and can handle multiple tasks and inquiries at the same timeYou are fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (at least a strong B2 level, better C1) and good to have German skillsIdeally, you are familiar with customer support tools and know how to use software for managing emails and helping customersYou are willing to learn about adjoes playtime platform and assist our users in the best way possiblePlus: You have some experience with customer support/serviceFuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your AmbitionsLive Your Best Life, at Work and Beyond: We work in a hybrid setup with 3 core office days, plus flexible working hours.
