Dann komm in unser Team  Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort für den Standort Reutlingen oder Wiesbaden eine/n Senior Analyst / Projektmanager (m/w/d) – betriebliche Altersversorgung(Kennziffer 202506005) Was erwartet Dich? Du bist Experte für unsere internen Teams und unsere Kunden zu komplexen Sachverhalten im Bereich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung (bAV) Unter anderem bist du Ansprechpartner:in und Kundenmanager:in zu Fragen rund um die Verwaltung der betrieblichen Altersversorgung für Arbeitgeber aus verschiedenen Branchen in Deutschland und berätst unsere Kunden zu Lösungen im Bereich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung. Du analysierst bestehende Vorsorgestrukturen, entwickelst Konzepte und begleitest Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung, dabei stehst du im engen Austausch mit interdisziplinären Teams bestehend aus Kolleg:innen aus Legal, Aktuariat und Administration. Du arbeitest an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und technischen Systemen mit und erstellst Anforderungen an die Fachabteilung zu diesen technischen Weiterentwicklungen und unterstützt in administrativen Tätigkeiten.
