Your role is crucial for smooth and successful planning of the visits at the Experience Center: Schedule and orchestrate impactful visit experiences for customers, partners, universities, and internal teams at the SAP Experience Center Own stakeholder communication from start to finish, aligning expectations and ensuring every visit runs smoothlyLead the weekly coordination of our student team, creating a supportive, high-performing environment behind the Experience Center scenesTake initiative to identify and run potential projects that shape the future of how we plan and engage with visitors at the Experience Center Join our team and start an exciting career at SAP – while you are still studying. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious. The job is for you if you are/have: An organizational talent who remains calm even in dynamic situationsStructured and solution-oriented in your thinking and actionsSomeone who enjoys achieving goals and taking on responsibilityStrong communication skills – both in German and EnglishA team player who enjoys collaborating with othersFlexible and able to adapt well to new situationsProactive and eager to take on tasks independentlyIdeally, you already have some practical experience, for example, through internships or student work roles We are looking for an intern who supports us for 6 months and can be onsite in Walldorf.
