Aufgabengebiet Drive our M&A strategy: Identify and execute acquisition and partnership opportunities across European markets Lead deal execution: Manage the full M&A lifecycle — from target scouting and due diligence to valuation and post-merger integration Oversee legal and financial aspects: Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance, accurate modeling, and strategic alignment Report to leadership: Prepare insights and progress updates for C-level management and the board Expand our network: Leverage your industry relationships and travel across regions to identify new opportunities Collaborate across teams: Work closely with our international M&A team (Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, and beyond), senior executives including our Chief Development Officer, the Management Board, and external partners such as legal advisors, banks, and consultants. Anforderungsprofil Extensive M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction services (e.g., Big Four), or as an M&A lawyer — ideally with exposure to the healthcare sector Strong dealmaking mindset: Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-oriented, with the drive to shape Sanoptis’ strategic and operational M&A excellence Legal and regulatory expertise related to M&A transactions Analytical excellence: Proven ability to conduct financial analysis, valuations, and business presentations at an executive level; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
