HR Operations & ComplianceOwn and continuously improve HR operations across our entities and EoR setupsEnsure compliance with German labor law and coordinate with external partners for compliance in other countriesMaintain employee records and HR data integrity across systems and toolsDevelop and document HR policies, processes, and templates for consistency and transparencySupport audits, reporting, and GDPR complianceCompensation, Benefits & PayrollOversee and coordinate payroll for Germany and collaborate with international payroll/EoR providersManage benefits programs and vendor relationships (health insurance, pension, perks, etc.)Support the annual compensation and performance review cyclesMaintain salary structures and ensure internal and external equityEmployee LifecycleManage operational aspects of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and changesPrepare and issue employment-related documents (contracts, amendments, certificates)Collaborate with the HR Generalist (Germany) to ensure a seamless employee experience and proper documentationEnsure our HRIS and other systems reflect accurate, up-to-date informationTools, Processes & ProjectsIdentify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processesLead or support HR projects (system implementations, process harmonization, data reporting)Act as a go-to expert for HR systems and operational excellenceRequirements5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Administration roleStrong understanding of German employment law, payroll processes, and HR best practicesSolid analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with HR data and toolsHigh attention to detail, structured way of working, and strong ownership mindsetFluency in English and German (written and spoken)Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an international or multi-entity environmentExperience in M&A, post-merger-integration of HR processesExperience coordinating with EoR providers or managing global HR compliance is a strong plusBenefitsBe part of a small, collaborative, and international People team that’s shaping the foundation for future growthOpportunity to take real ownership and build scalable HR processes across countriesFlat hierarchies, short decision paths, and a culture that values initiative and continuous improvementHybrid setup in Munich with flexibility and autonomy
